One Week Out

Hey Fambam!!
Hope all is well with you all individually and as a family. Hope schools is going well, hope Mom is doing ok, and Hope Dad hasnt been overran yet and is holding down the fort.

I love you all so much, you all me so much to me. Megan remember to enjoy High School, you only get to live it once so don't waste it. make sure you have loads of fun. Jenna if you like middle school your gonna be blown away by HS but remember middle school is a very ddifferent place, kids start doing dumb things that are not in accordance to our family and church ideals, just rember who you are and what you stand for. Kayla! I got your letter it was very well spoken and I love it! I hope Elementry school is killer for you and you take every second of recess in because it goes away after this.

Dad, hope the girls havent made you all emotional and stuff, hope your still holding up ok and I hope you are doing a great job in High Priests and keeping the Family in tip top shape, Dad the more I'm out here the more I feel I am Serving this mission for the both of us, the way you raised me I am a million times more effective than I would have been without you as a dad. I love you so much. your a great father to me and I couldn't ask for more.

Mom, what do I say your my mother, my butt kicker, everything! Your so special to me, I would be no where in my life without you and the amount of pushing and dragging you did to get me to do things. i m indebted but then again I think all kids are to their moms, remember your daughters love you to tremenusly and they just sometimes dont have that on the front of their mind.

Duke I love yo as well and hope the dog is being a good pooch, make sure he's happy :) has he ate that giant leg bone yet?

So now what you can give to people and do whatever I know your going to do,( against my will haha)(WARNING: im too lazy to capatalize and punctuate and spell according to the English language.)

this place as changed me 180 degreees, I though i knew the gospel and i thought i knew how to bear my testimony, but holy dang i had to work really hard to catch up and really dig down to know my testimony. its already been a week but jeez it feels like months but at the same time it feels like seconds. its a weird feeling. so much has happened. and then again we've only taught 6 investigators. first 2 crashed and burned. 3 was a less active and we did a miracle helping her feel the love of God and how much he wanted her to do right and come back to church, It was powerful and it solidified why I am a missionary and solidified that I must bring others to Christ and his church. after that my companion Elder Workman and I tanked our 4th lesson but after that were smooth sailing so far, we've somewhat learned how to listen to the promptings of the spuirit and the power that the book of Mormon brings to people earnestly looking for the true. this whole week has been ups and downs. we lost our 2 teachers beacuse of the new school year and so we got 2 new the one I will mopstly be talking about is a Hardcore, crazy, intense, sometimes bloodthirsty Sister Latu, Tongans are crazy. bu she is exactly what we all needed. she's whipped us into shape and got us to be a million times more spiritual orientiented than ever before. I had a heart to heart with her about myself and she Broke me down big time, then started to build me up again and it is fantastic. I've never felt more peaceful and powerful. apparently i am holding myself to some pretty intense standards and God doesnt even have as high standards form me so I need to Bring myself back down to earth I guess, or at least to God. I also know in my heart the power and true of the gospel but my scripture knowledge and lessopn plans are not up to snuff but will get there. Sis. Latu told me i was exactly like Enos, and I've only read Enos once! well now twice, but apparently he prayed a little for himself and a whole lot for all others he cared for and in our closing pray thats what i basically did so I now need to you my "Enos Knees" as she tells me. that was yesterday. today we went to the temple and wow the Lord's house is such a place of peace and love and comfort. I love the Temples so much. I just got out and can only think of going back!!!!!!!!! I love the Celestial room in the Provo temple so much its my new favorite. go through it if you can i know you will feel so much comfort and love with all the Elders in there. I can't wait to go again. The guys im with are a great group, super spiritual and soooo much fun!!! we've done a lot of fun things in the dorms ill have to send pictures. there all going to San Jose so i know we'll see ach other a lot and are friends for life. I already love my mission and this crazy busy place. I am enlisted and set apart as a soldier and leader in Gods Royal Army and the missionaries are the ones one the front lines fighting back the Devil and his army, the best part is we will win. the hair stands up on my neck just saying that. because I know it is true. I am protecting and taking group for our Lord and Savior, we are on our way to victory! and I am so honored and privelidged. Last thought before i gotta go, #86 How great thou art, is the most powerful song in the hymn book, I urge you all to read it and sing it, the power of a song is incredible it brings the spirit in like no other. I am so blessed to be here and I am so blessed to know I have your Support. Writing me with dear elder is a lot better because it makes me feel a little more loved when i get mail haha so i think thatll be a good plan.

I love you all and I am praying for you with all my heart.
